Shipping
Every order is packed by hand here in Australia. Here is what to expect once you have checked out.
Dispatch times
Orders are usually posted within 1–3 business days. You will get a confirmation email as soon as your order is packed, followed by tracking details when it is handed to the carrier.
Delivery estimates
- Australia — standard3–7 business days
- Australia — express1–3 business days
- International7–21 business days
Estimates start from dispatch, not from the moment you order, and can stretch during sale periods or public holidays.
Tracking your order
Your tracking number arrives by email. If it has not updated after a few days, that is usually a carrier scanning delay rather than a lost parcel — but reach out and I will chase it up with you.
Duties and taxes
International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by your own country. These are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
